Game night, Air Canada Centre. Attracting the attention of the corporate C-suite is no small accomplishment. The crowds, the hawkers, the endless advertising all compete, but in the end, the focus is on the game.
That was the insight that inspired the digital and print campaign for Grant Thornton last fall. The leading accounting, tax advisory and risk management firm had several advertising properties throughout the concourse of the ACC. Grant Thornton invited DNA to update their digital ads and print signage and increase brand awareness.
DNA focused on Grant Thornton’s track record of helping its clients unlock their potential for profitability and growth. Adapting messaging from a national ad campaign, we gave it a sporting twist. The creative made a direct connection between hiring Grant Thornton and scoring more profit for your business.
We also had fun translating the creative into digital properties of various sizes and configurations. Two concepts were digitized, one for each of the major sports played at the ACC: hockey and basketball. The ACC screens provided a great platform for the ads.
The campaign is continuing this season. So when you’re at the ACC cheering on your Leafs or Raptors, look up and see Grant Thornton above the crowds.
